Abstract:
【Objective】 The uncertainty of migratable chromium is an important indicator for the confidence and accuracy of the test results. In order to master the method of testing the uncertainty in paint coatings on bamboo furniture,an evaluation technique for the uncertainty of migratable chromium was explored and established through the spectral analysis of ICP.【Method】 Through the comprehensive measurement of sample pretreatment, repeatability measurement, sample weighing and the test of the volume of hydrochloric acid, the concentration and dilution factor of the sample solution etc.,the study establishes an analytical mathematical model and evaluates the analytical uncertainty.【Result】 The results show that measurement repeatability and sample concentration are the main factors that cause uncertainty during the measurement process, especially in the fitting process of standard curves, the uncertainty generated has the greatest impact. 【Conclusion】 Measurement of migratable chromium needs to strictly follow the standard of solution preparation and standard curve fitting. At the same time,it's required to reduce the operation steps, increase the number of test repetition, and accordingly the uncertainty in the sample testing process will be reduced.

Abstract(126) PDF(29)
Abstract:
【Objective】 In order to comprehend the shear performance of bamboo scrimber and apply it to structure design safely and efficiently. 【Method】 Shear tests on three groups of small specimens of bamboo scrimber under different working conditions were carried out in this study,so as to study the mechanical properties and stress—strain relationship of the strength perpendicular to grain, parallel to grain and in plane shears of bamboo scrimber. 【Result】 The results showed that bamboo scrimber had the highest shear strength perpendicular to grain, the average value was 15.49 MPa,which was around 2.1 times that of shear parallel to grain strength and 2.7 times that of shear in plane. The specimens were classified according to the failure modes, and the relevant stress—strain expression was proposed. The calculation curve fit well with the test curve. 【Conclusion】 The test results were statistically analyzed by using both parametric and non-parametric methods. Based on the test values, the 5% quartile value and the parameter method tolerance limit (PTL) under the 75% confidence level were calculated, and the PTL is considered to better reflect the shearing mechanical characteristics of bamboo scrimber.

Abstract:
【Objective】 As a new composite material in recent years, bamboo scrimber has excellent physical and mechanical properties and machining properties and has been used in many industries such as furniture and construction. The durability and physical properties of the material are reduced due to the complex use environment and the characteristics of moisture absorption and expansion of bamboo materials, which are also often exposed to the environment of high temperature, humidity and microbial diversity. To explore the influence of the surface coating process on the paint film performance of bamboo scrimber helps to solve the problem that the durability and physical properties of bamboo scrimber materials decrease in the complex environments. 【Method】 In this paper,we explored the changes in paint film properties of bamboo scrimber after coating in different process conditions, and mainly studied the effects of the sanding process, coating amount of polyurethane primer, spreading rate of nitrocellulose topcoat, drying conditions, and the number of coating times of nitrocellulose topcoat on the paint film properties during the coating process. 【Result】 The initial surface of bamboo scrimber was firstly sanded with 180-grit sandpaper and then 320-grit sandpaper;the coating amount of polyurethane primer was 120 g·m-2;on the basis that the coating amount of nitrocellulose paint upon the intermediate layer of was 250 g·m-2,the coating amount of nitrocellulose topcoat was 150 g·m-2,coated 1 time, and the film adhesion is grade 1,hardness is 2H,abrasion resistance grade is grade 1,gloss is 70.6,and water vapor resistance grade is grade 2. 【Conclusion】 This study has explored that the variation of the initial sanding process of bamboo scrimber, the amount of polyurethane primer coating, the amount of nitrocellulose topcoat coating, the drying conditions and the number of nitrocellulose topcoat coating have a great influence on the performance of the paint film, and the best coating process is:sand the surface of the bamboo scrimber with 180-grit sandpaper, then with 320-grit sandpaper, and then brush with 120 g·m-2 polyurethane paint, and dry it at room temperature for 1 hour. Lightly sand the surface with 320-grit sandpaper and brush it with 250 g·m-2 intermediate-layer nitrocellulose paint, and dry it at room temperature for 48 hours, lightly sand the surface with 320-grit sandpaper and brush the surface with 150 g·m-2 nitrocellulose topcoat and dry it at room temperature for 48 hours.

Abstract(87) PDF(24)
Abstract:
【Objective】 To investigate the effect of storage temperature on the diversity of endophytic bacteria of the harvested Phyllostachys nuda shoots so as to provide a theoretical basis for the further development of storage and preservation technology for the post-harvested Ph. nuda shoots. 【Method】 This paper takes Ph. nuda shoots as the object of study, the endophytic bacteria of Ph. nuda shoots were sequenced at different storage temperatures (-20 ℃,4 ℃ and 25 ℃) and the bioinformatics were analyzed by using high-throughput sequencing technology. 【Result】 The results showed that Ph. nuda shoots underwent different degrees of spoilage between various treatments after storage at different temperatures. Compared with storage at -20 ℃,less and more severe spoilage occurred at 4 ℃ and 25 ℃,respectively. In addition, the Alpha diversity of endophytic bacteria of the shoots changed significantly at different storage temperatures after harvesting, being characterized with an upward trend as the storage temperature increased;the Beta diversity also changed significantly, indicating that different storage temperatures significantly changed the community structure of endophytic bacteria in Ph. nuda shoots. With regard to the changes in the composition of endophytic bacteria communities in Ph. nuda shoots,at the phylum level, four phyla,Proteobacteria,Firmicutes,Cyanobacteria and Actinobacteria, showed the most significant changes in the composition of the endophytic community, with Proteobacteria being the most dominant phyla. Compared with storage at -20 ℃,storage at both 25 ℃ and 4 ℃ significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and significantly decreased the relative abundance of Proteobacteria;storage at 25 ℃ significantly increased the relative abundance of Actinobacteria and significantly decreased the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria, while 4 ℃ significantly increased the relative abundance of Cyanobacteria. At the genus level, the relative abundance of microorganisms in five genera,i.e. SerratiaPseudomonasErwiniaLactococcus and Lelliottia, showed more significant changes. Compared with storage at -20 ℃,both storage at 25 ℃ and 4 ℃ significantly increased the relative abundance of Lactococcus and Lelliottia, while storage at 4 ℃ also increased the relative abundance of Serratia and Erwinia. While storage at 25 ℃ increased the relative abundance of Pseudomonas. 【Conclusion】 Overall, the decrease in storage temperature significantly reduced the relative abundance of microorganisms in Actinobacteria,Firmicutes and Pseudomonas, among which the microorganisms usually promote the spoilage. Therefore, lowering storage temperature can effectively inhibit and slow down the spoilage effect of Ph. nuda shoots. This further explains that low-temperature storage can effectively prolong the freshness of bamboo shoots from the perspective of plant endophytic bacteria.

Abstract(163) PDF(52)
Abstract:
【Objective】 Research on the lateral rhizome bud differentiation and growth of Phyllostachys edulis is important for improving the yield of shoot and bamboo timber. 【Method】 The growth of rhizome lateral buds in on-year was studied by means of underground excavation and above-ground investigation. 【Result】 The results showed that rhizome lateral buds were 552 433 individual·hm-2,including 19 433 individual·hm-2 sprouted shoots,of which 3 543 individual·hm-2 shoots sprouted out of the ground and 1 479 individual·hm-2 have grown into bamboo. 20 550 individual·hm-2 sprouted shoots from mulched bamboo forests, and height of 75.80% of the abortive bamboo shoots was less than 30 cm,while the depth of the bamboo roots into the soil of 85.81% of the abortive bamboo shoots was within 10 cm,87.85% of the abortive bamboo shoots had fewer roots or no roots, and 12.15% abortive bamboo shoots had robust roots. 【Conclusion】 The bud differentiation of Ph. edulis is discontinuous and the germination rate is low. Mulching cultivation cannot significantly increase the number of lateral bud which differentiate, and the root plays a key role in the process of bamboo shoot formation. Therefore, inducing the lateral bud differentiation and increasing the root development can significantly improve the output of bamboo forests.
