Abstract: 【Objective】 To explore the reuse feasibility of artificial cultivated substrate of edible fungi, and promote its low-carbon and environmentally friendly development. 【Method】 The cultivation feasibility of Dictyophora echinovolvata by using mushroom residue of Ganoderma lucidum and bamboo chips was studied. 【Result】 The results showed that using waste bamboo chips as a substrate to cultivate D. echinovolvata had a yield of 12.59 kg·m-2,when 30% or 50% of the bamboo chips replaced by mushroom residue of G. lucidum, their yields were 13.08 kg·m-2 and 12.73 kg·m-2, respectively, which was no significant difference from the pure bamboo chips cultivated one, however, their budding time of D. echinovolvata was delayed by 8 and 11 days, and the harvest period was extended by 3 and 7 days, respectively. Meanwhile, harvest period of D. echinovolvata in acromial peak was reduced and in main yield peak in harvest period was expended. Thus, to some extent, the yield fluctuation of D. dictyophora was reduced. 【Conclusion】 The cost of mushroom residue of G. lucidum is much lower than bamboo chips, using mushroom residue as the batching substrate for D. echinovolvata cultivation has a certain cost advantage compared with bamboo chips. -
